We are no doubt all aware of the recent events in Christchurch. Despite the level of destruction in certain places, there was thankfully no loss of life. As the pieces are picked up, images are starting to surface of some of the damage inflicted by the quake. Kaiapoi BMX track is no exception. |

The date for our first club night has been announced as Thursday the 16th September. The night is going to be run very low key and we may just end up running some gates depending on the numbers we get. |

PLANTING POSTPONED TILL 4TH SEPTEMBERAPOLOGIES FOR THE VERY LATE NOTICE, WE ONLY FOUND OUT OURSELVES AT 11:30am.
Project Twin Streams has around 800 plants ready to be planted alongside the BMX track (Momotu Stream bank) and are calling for help from Park users to get them in the ground. On behalf of the Waitakere BMX Club we would like as many members, families & friends to please come along and help out. Many hands make light work ... plus there's a free BBQ! Check out the flyer.
